1. Seller identification

2. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between M!LK and any customer making a purchase on milkbebe.fr. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
M!LK sells clothing and accessories for newborns (0 to 6 months) made from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified bamboo viscose. Products are presented as accurately as possible. M!LK cannot be held liable for any error or omission.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. M!LK reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices applied are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is approved by Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. M!LK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue or insufficient stock.
6. Payment
Payment is made online via the secure Stripe platform. Card details do not pass through our servers. M!LK accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal via Stripe.
7. Delivery
Orders are shipped via Colissimo / La Poste to mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days in mainland France. Delivery is free from €60. Below that: €6.82 at a Colissimo pickup point, €8.66 to your home. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order ships.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
9. Returns and refunds
To make a return, contact us at contact@milkbebe.fr within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense (Colissimo recommended). The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
10. Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code).
11. Personal data
The personal data collected is used solely to process orders and improve our services. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data. Contact us at contact@milkbebe.fr.
12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of EKBH's registered office will have jurisdiction. French law applies.
