Send the parcel back
Return the product in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your expense (Colissimo recommended for tracking).

Refund
Once the product is received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
Conditions: Products must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn. Sale or personalised items are not eligible for return. Return shipping at the customer's expense.
